'First Rate Training'. The staff were very helpful and were able to
accommodate our more specific First Aid Training needs for Forestry

Given the number of staff I wanted trained as Appointed
Persons for First Aid, I decided that the most effective method
would be to have an in-house course. Researching on the internet, I
found First Rate Training. They advised me of the right course for
my requirements and also directed me towards the Health and Safety
Executive to check their accreditation.
The team at First Rate Training were very pro-active in liaising
with me before the course to check that we were still available on
the agreed date. They also called afterwards to ensure that we had
been happy with the trainer and the course contents.
